Canopy Health: We’ve Got the Bay Area Covered

When the idea of Canopy Health was first conceived, our physician-owned alliance knew that they had to partner with top-notch facilities across the Bay Area to achieve their goal of filling the substantial healthcare gap in our region. Now, we are happy to say that is exactly what we have achieved.

The Canopy Health network is now active in the following eight counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Santa Clara, San Francisco, San Mateo, Solano, and Sonoma.

In order to receive specialized care, our members can visit their primary care physician (PCP) for a referral to a hospital or care center anywhere within our network. We value the judgment and expertise of our PCPs, and these physicians have our entire network at their disposal should they determine our members need more specialized care.
